We have purchased several duel and single carb intakes for the large port 409 heads. These intakes have little or no erosion at the thermostat housing…..NO visible cracks or thread issues. If a heli-coil is needed, it will be describe. All Premier Grade intakes will include the removed oil baffle with rivets for re-attachment. ALL INTAKES HAVE BEEN GLASSED BEADED. These are very nice intakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
